Crucial in growing new bone and maintaining bone strength. Adequate calcium consumption coupled with weight bearing physical activity, may help build strong bones and optimise bone mass.

Ascorbic acid and Manganese:

Natural antioxidants which mop up free radicals which can cause cartilage degeneration.

Hyaluronic Acid:

A major part of synovial fluid. The cushioning fluid in the joint which helps lubricate and cushion the joint during movement.

Vitamin E: Powerful antioxidant which can reduce radial damage.
