Delivery Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

There may be a delay in dispatching your order at times of high volume of orders. Courier timescales and delays are outside of our control and may affect when your order is delivered.

UK delivery

Your order will be delivered to you by DPD. The delivery cost is £4.50 on orders under £50.00, but orders of £50 or more will be delivered FREE of charge. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders outside of the UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at drpaul@jpsnaturalpetsupplements.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount. Please go to the contact page and complete the form to begin your return. We will email you all of the necessary instructions to start your return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at drpaul@jpsnaturalpetsupplements.com   with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
